I would like to share today a very small and quick Tip. This is for all those Users who needs some more space while building Power BI Reports. And at the same time, have their favorite options available in some corner. You can do that in few steps.

1. Launch Power BI Desktop (does not matter whether it’s Power BI Desktop or Power BI Desktop for Report Server). You should see something like this.

2. Right click anywhere on Ribbon -> Select “Show Quick Access Toolbar below the Ribbon”.

3. Then your Quick Access Toolbar is visible. Now, Hide the Ribbon.

4. Add your favorite Tools available in Quick Access Toolbar.

Enjoy more space in Power BI Desktop.
